Return Policy- In case of a wrong or defective product, a complaint has to be raised with us within 24 hours of product delivery. Replacement or Refund is possible if an unedited video of the wrong or defective product during unboxing in sent to us. Order Cancellation– Once the order is placed, you would receive an email from our end with the order id. In case if you change your mind and want to cancel the order, you can do that within 24 hours of placing the order by calling or sending whatsapp message with the order id. Post that the cancellation widow will close. Refund for orders which are cancelled within 24 hours of placing will be processed in 7-8 business days.
