Shipping And Delivery

Each of our pieces is handcrafted with love by artisans. Our products are neither machine-made nor mass-produced; they are created using natural materials and traditional techniques. This means that every item is unique in its way, and no two products will be the same. As a result, there might be occasional delays or challenges in production and delivery.

We are dedicated to delivering your new products after they have been carefully finished, thoroughly quality-checked, and securely packaged for transport.

You will receive a Whatsapp and email with the tracking AWB number once your order is dispatched. You may check the status of your consignment by using the AWB number. We ship to all the locations served by Trackon Courier. Our delivery partners will try thrice, then it’ll come back to us and your order will stand cancelled, please ensure you provide the complete & accurate shipping address including zip code and a mobile number. This will help us in delivering your order smoother.

While we try to ensure that the product reaches you within the delivery time communicated, exigencies may delay the delivery. In such cases, please do not worry. Get in touch with us for the latest update on your shipment if we have already not gotten in touch with you. For Residences/ Offices situated on ground floor, products would be handed over to doorstep Shipping charges are calculated as per weight.

 Shipping Costs-We offer free shipping till 31st March 2025 for all domestic orders. All orders are prepaid. We do not have COD policy.

Delivery Times- All are products are handcrafted so the turn around period can be slow, though we tend to be prepared for most our orders. In this case the order is processed in 2-3 working days. Will get to you in a week’s time. If the product has run out of stock so it may take longer, the period may go up to 12 days. For domestic orders, please expect delivery within 7-8 working days from the date of dispatch.

If a non-delivery occurs due to a customer error, any additional costs incurred by Aaravv Enterprises for re-delivery of the product will be the responsibility of the customer. Delivery Schedule and Conditions Our courier partners will deliver your shipment from Monday to Saturday, between 9am and 7pm. Please note that delivery excludes public holidays and Sundays. Delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as unexpected travel delays caused by weather conditions or strikes affecting our courier partners and transporters.
