REFUND POLICY
Refund policy – We offer exchange and returns on items that are either damaged or defective. Minor shade differences or minor artwork differences can be there as all the items are handmade. Returns are not accepted for items which are made from Brass as these are handcrafted and will have minor differences in shape,size,weight,color.
We request our customers to make an opening video of parcels After reviewing the package opening videos our quality team makes a decision on the refund or exchange.
Once the decision has been made we create a return for the parcel and once we receive the returned product we either send another item or we refund the amount to the customer as requested. We process all returns within 7-10 working days after the return package has been received.
Process of Refund:
1)Refunds will only be processed if the product that has to be replaced is not in stock.
2)Once the returned item is received and inspected, we shall notify the customer through email that we have received your returned item(s). We shall also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund through email.
3)The replacement will be sent out within 7-8 business days upon receiving the returned product.

Order Cancellation– Once the order is placed, you would receive an email from our end with the order id. In case if you change your mind and want to cancel the order, you can do that within 24 hours of placing the order by calling or sending whatsapp message with the order id. Post that the cancellation widow will close. Refund for orders which are cancelled will be processed in 7-8 business days.
