Delivery Times- All are products are handcrafted so the turn around period can be slow, though we tend to be prepared for most our orders. In this case the order is processed in 2-3 working days. Will get to you in a week’s time. If the product has run out of stock so it may take longer, the period may go up to 12 days. For domestic orders, please expect delivery within 7-8 working days from the date of dispatch. Return Policy- In case of a wrong or defective product, a complaint has to be raised with us within 24 hours of product delivery. Replacement or Refund is possible if an unedited video of the wrong or defective product during unboxing in sent to us. We offer exchange and returns on items that are either damaged or defective. Minor shade differences or minor artwork differences can be there as all the items are handmade. Returns are not accepted for items which are made from Brass as these are handcrafted and will have minor differences in shape,size,weight,color. We request our customers to make an opening video of parcels After reviewing the package opening videos our quality team makes a decision on the refund or exchange. Order Cancellation– Once the order is placed, you would receive an email from our end with the order id. In case if you change your mind and want to cancel the order, you can do that within 24 hours of placing the order by calling or sending whatsapp message with the order id. Post that the cancellation widow will close. Refund for orders which are cancelled within 24 hours of placing will be processed in 7-8 business days.
